Clear Terms. Reliable Coordination.
These terms govern your use of our website and roadside-assistance dispatch coordination services.
Effective and last updated: July 13, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and 24 HOUR ROADSIDE RESCUE LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting service, approving a quote, submitting payment, or using our website, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Service Fulfillment Policy.
2. Our Business Model
We provide roadside-assistance dispatch and coordination services. We connect customers with available independent third-party towing companies, mechanics, technicians, and roadside-service providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, dispatched providers are independent contractors and are not our employees.
3. Service Requests and Quotes
You must provide accurate information about your location, vehicle, condition, and requested service. We will communicate a quote based on the information available before dispatch.
The quoted price may change if the actual location, vehicle, towing distance, labor, parts, equipment, or roadside conditions differ from the information provided. Material additional charges require customer authorization.
4. Payment Before Dispatch
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment of the quoted amount is required before a provider is dispatched.
Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, or another disclosed payment provider. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Dispatch and Call-Out Fee
Once a provider accepts the request and is dispatched or begins traveling toward your location, the dispatch or call-out fee disclosed before payment becomes earned and non-refundable.
The fee covers dispatch coordination, provider commitment, reserved availability, travel, and time. The applicable amount must be disclosed in the quote, checkout, invoice, text, email, or payment authorization.
6. Arrival and Service Estimates
All arrival times, travel times, completion times, and service outcomes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Timing and completion may be affected by traffic, weather, distance, provider availability, vehicle condition, road access, safety, equipment, and parts availability.
Roadside repair is not guaranteed. Towing, shop diagnosis, additional equipment, replacement parts, or another technician may be required.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate location, vehicle, and service information.
- Remain available by telephone during the service request.
- Confirm that you own or are authorized to request service for the vehicle.
- Disclose hazardous conditions, cargo, modifications, or special-equipment needs.
- Follow reasonable safety instructions from dispatchers and providers.
Call 911 for injuries, fire, accidents, crime, or immediate threats to safety. We are not a police, fire, ambulance, or government emergency-response agency.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
A cancellation before dispatch may qualify for a refund. Once dispatch begins, the disclosed dispatch or call-out fee is non-refundable. Charges for completed travel, inspection, labor, parts, towing, recovery, mileage, tolls, or equipment may also be retained.
9. Independent Providers
Independent providers control how on-site work is performed and are responsible for their personnel, licenses, equipment, safety procedures, and workmanship. Report concerns promptly so we can document the matter and assist with communication.
10. Payment Disputes
Contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate. We may provide payment authorization, quotes, communications, dispatch records, invoices, location records, photographs, and provider documentation to payment processors when responding to a dispute.
11. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee provider availability, arrival time, successful roadside repair, or uninterrupted website operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer laws require otherwise.
