How Your Request Works.
Our process for quotes, payment, dispatch, service estimates, completion, and follow-up.
Effective: July 13, 2026 | Last updated: July 31, 2026
1. What We Provide
24 HOUR ROADSIDE RESCUE LLC provides roadside-assistance dispatch and coordination. We connect customers with available independent towing companies, mechanics, technicians, and roadside-service providers.
Independent providers are not employees of 24 HOUR ROADSIDE RESCUE LLC unless expressly stated otherwise. The independent provider performs the roadside, towing, repair, recovery, or related work authorized by the customer.
2. Service Process
- Request: You provide your location, vehicle details, and requested service.
- Assessment: We review the request and check for an available independent provider.
- Quote: We communicate the service description, quoted price, and applicable dispatch or call-out fee.
- Authorization and payment: You approve the quote and pay before dispatch.
- Dispatch: An independent provider accepts the request and begins traveling toward your location.
- On-site assessment: The provider confirms the actual conditions and performs authorized work when safe and feasible.
- Completion and follow-up: The service outcome and transaction are documented, and we assist with applicable service or billing questions.
3. When Fulfillment Occurs
Our dispatch-coordination obligation is considered fulfilled when an independent provider accepts the request and begins traveling toward the customer’s location.
The provider’s roadside work is fulfilled separately based on the authorized service actually performed, including applicable travel, arrival, inspection, diagnostics, towing, repair, recovery, parts, equipment, or labor.
4. Provider Unavailability
If no provider accepts the request, the customer may choose continued reassignment efforts or request a refund of the unearned amount under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Provider availability varies by location, time, vehicle type, requested service, equipment requirements, traffic, weather, and other circumstances.
5. Arrival and Completion Estimates
All arrival and completion times are estimates. We do not promise or guarantee a fixed arrival or completion time.
Traffic, weather, demand, distance, road access, location accuracy, safety conditions, provider availability, required parts, and equipment may affect timing.
6. Price Adjustments
The initial quote is based on information supplied before dispatch. Additional charges may apply if actual conditions involve extra mileage, towing distance, labor, tolls, storage, parts, recovery work, or special equipment.
Materially different or additional paid work requires customer authorization before that work is performed, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect life, safety, or property and authorization cannot reasonably be obtained.
7. Service Outcome
Successful roadside repair is not guaranteed. Some vehicles require towing, shop diagnosis, replacement parts, additional equipment, or another specialist.
Authorized dispatch, travel, inspection, diagnostics, parts, towing, and completed labor remain chargeable even when the original problem cannot be fully repaired roadside.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You must remain reachable, provide an accurate location and vehicle description, disclose known hazards or special-equipment requirements, and provide lawful access to the vehicle.
If the provider cannot locate or contact you after reasonable attempts, or the location is unsafe or inaccessible, the disclosed call-out fee and other incurred charges may remain payable.
9. Service Records
Service may be documented through call logs; text messages; emails; provider updates; photographs; timestamps; location records; work orders; invoices; and payment receipts.
Where legally permitted and after providing any notice or obtaining any consent required by applicable law, service records may also include telephone-call recordings.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once an independent provider accepts the request and begins traveling, the disclosed dispatch or call-out fee becomes non-refundable.
Additional cancellation and refund conditions are explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
11. Safety and Emergency Services
24 HOUR ROADSIDE RESCUE LLC is not an emergency-response agency. For accidents, injuries, fire, crime, hazardous conditions, or an immediate threat to life or safety, call 911 first.
Customers and providers should not enter unsafe traffic areas or attempt work that presents an unreasonable risk of injury or property damage.
