Variable Pricing and Currency
We do not publish a single fixed price because roadside-service costs depend on the specific request. All quotes, fees, invoices, and payments are stated and processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
The complete quoted amount and applicable dispatch or call-out fee are communicated to the customer before payment and dispatch.
How Pricing Is Determined
- Vehicle type, size, weight, and condition.
- Breakdown location, access, and provider travel distance.
- Requested service and expected labor.
- Towing distance, mileage, tolls, or storage.
- Parts, materials, recovery work, and special equipment.
- Time, weather, demand, and provider availability.
- The disclosed dispatch or call-out fee.
Quote and Payment Process
- You provide your location, vehicle information, and service requirements.
- We check for an available independent provider.
- We communicate the service description, quoted amount, currency, and applicable dispatch or call-out fee.
- You approve the quote and pay before dispatch.
- The independent provider accepts the request and begins traveling toward your location.
- Materially different or additional paid work requires further customer authorization.
We communicate a quote before collecting payment and dispatching a provider. No materially different or additional charge will be collected without the customer’s authorization.
Payment Security
Payments are completed through a secure hosted checkout page provided by the payment processor identified during checkout. We do not collect complete card numbers or card security codes through this website, ordinary email, or SMS.
The available payment methods are displayed on the hosted checkout page. Customers should submit payment information only through the authorized payment link provided for their service request.
Dispatch Fee and Cancellations
Once an independent provider accepts the request and is dispatched or begins traveling, the disclosed dispatch or call-out fee becomes non-refundable.
Other prepaid amounts and cancellation conditions are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Service Estimates
All arrival and completion times are estimates. Roadside repair is not guaranteed. Towing, additional equipment, replacement parts, shop diagnosis, or another specialist may be required.
Additional information about dispatch and service fulfillment is available in our Service Fulfillment Policy.
